Last Thursday evening, our Manchester office was packed with architects, interior designers and clients in honour of the new STUDIO by Bene furniture collection. To celebrate the launch of STUDIO in style, we threw a party at our WorkLife showroom in collaboration with our friends at Bene.
Before we share a few snaps from the event, let us tell you a bit more about STUDIO…
The STUDIO by Bene office furniture collection
Designed by Austrian product expert, Thomas Feichtner, this modular workspace system has been created to bridge the ever-shrinking gap between our personal and professional lives. Soft aesthetics such as the curved ‘Swing Leg’ also feed into the current trend for resimercial office design and more domestic commercial interiors.
STUDIO’s intuitive features enable the user to seamlessly move between work and leisure, including the leading USP of the collection – the ‘Double Top’ table. When work is done, devices, paperwork and tools can be easily cleared away and stored between the dual table tops and quickly transformed into a place to eat, socialise or collaborate.
The Double Top table (which is also available in single top) features a portable tray which facilitates agile working and freedom of movement around the workspace, removing the need for staff to be tethered to a dedicated desk.
The STUDIO storage system has also been created with flexibility in mind and is comprised of a reconfigurable unit which can be easily added to or reduced in size according to requirement.
Where extra resource is needed, the storage system can be built as a table which caters to a modern desire for increased multifunctionality.
A party at Penketh Group WorkLife
We transformed our showcase space with STUDIO products to offer an exclusive UK preview and then took over the co-working space at the Neo Building for a night of networking, laughter and catching up with both old and new faces.
There was ice cream, there was Gin & Juice; there was a tasty summer picnic and live DJ complete with Bene Pixel Box booth… There was no stopping our summer launch party – even with the torrential Manchester rain – and we hope you had as great a night as we did.
The aim of our showcase space was always to provide Northern architects and interior designers (as well as existing customers) with physical access to new furniture ranges so we’re proud to have given the region its first taste of STUDIO by Bene.
