British multinational, Jaguar Land Rover have long been at the forefront of innovation in the automotive sector. As the company continues to evolve, it is looking to recruit a network of IT specialists, software engineers and developers to create a new generation of vehicle software.
We’re proud to have supplied and fitted the furniture for their brand-new Manchester base just two floors up from our own WorkLife showroom in Bruntwood’s city centre Neo Building. The double-storey workspace will eventually become home to more than 100 members of staff as expansion continues.
The new premises will support Jaguar Land Rover’s global production engineering hub in Warwickshire and aims to attract and retain new digital and electrical talent. During our initial conversations with the client, we learnt that a factory setting wasn’t appealing when attracting and retaining the best talents. Our objective was to create a new city centre workspace that would be more desirable. With panoramic views of Manchester, Neo certainly has a strong pull factor.
