A double furnishing project for two Bruntwood buildings

Case Studies /

Bruntwood selected Penketh Group following a competitive tender process to furnish their two new city centre offices – Trafford House and York House in Manchester, relocating 200 staff from their Manchester Head Quarters.

Working closely with leading design practice TP Bennett LLP, the brief was to create a flexible, dynamic and vibrant workspace where communication and working together is commonplace.

The space and flexibility inside the two floors at Trafford House and the three floors of York House were turned into a great place to allow employees to work in a way that promotes productivity and work life balance.

“The Penketh Group were great to work with on this project, which we had to deliver within budget and to a very tight deadline…

The team knew exactly what the client wanted and were excellent at offering everything from alternative products when needed to finishing touches such as contrasting pop coloured buttons in the reception chairs.”
