A new lease of life for Nutriad’s Chester offices

Case Studies /

Nutriad is a leading manufacturer of animal feed additives, with specialities in livestock production, aquaculture, agriculture and nutrition. The multinational company operates in more than 80 countries around the world with its head office based in Belgium and state-of-the-art production facilities in six different countries.

Penketh Group was selected by Nutriad to breathe a new lease of life into their workspace and give the offices where employees have been working for over 15 years a modern update.

Still fitted with its original carpets, we were tasked with freshening up the outdated décor and repurposing specific areas on two floors to make the space more comfortable and efficient for its staff.

Debi Coles
Office Manager,
Nutriad

“On beginning our talks with the team at Penketh Group until completion of the refurbishment we were impressed with their ideas and professionalism. We were looking to update our offices with a clean, fresh and modern look and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Our office is now completely transformed and we are all really pleased with the outcome. We are enjoying our new surroundings and the comments we get off visitors make us proud of what we have achieved together. “

As part of the update, we removed an unused private office area and instead created a quiet dining space with glass partition for staff to relax, rejuvenate and communicate casually during downtime.

Our team completed a decoration overhaul and fitted space-savvy storage walling to complete the look and maximise use of space. We also fitted brand new flooring upstairs and downstairs, installed new LED light panels and changed all heating systems for a more efficient workspace.

The scheme was part of an ongoing project with Nutriad and we look forward to working with them on the next phase of their development which includes offices and observation spaces within their lab facilities.
