Penketh Group were selected through a competitive process to refurbish the first of Mouchel’s main hub offices in Sutton Coldfield. A key objective of the project was to change ways of working, by turning a formal workplace layout into a more modern flexible environment. The new workspace has helped achieve the company vision of ‘onemouchel’ by providing an environment that encourages integration and collaboration across the business.

The new workspace has achieved the following objectives;
