We were delighted to be invited to tender for the opportunity to furnish Global Recruitment Specialists, Oliver James Associates’ new office at No.1 Spinningfields, Manchester. The new impressive space which spans across two floors is home to 120 members of their team.

Oliver James wanted a space that supported productivity and collaboration and would be a welcoming environment for their people to work. After carefully considering the design by Simon Millington, we created the following spaces…
A state-of-the-art WorkCafe complete with a range of seating and table options, perfect for encouraging rejuvenation and social interaction between colleagues, whilst also providing a range of informal collaborative spaces outside of busy lunch periods.
A welcoming reception area designed to create a lasting first impression for visitors, furnished with stylish copper based Connection Dixi seating and tables.

Open plan office space with space saving FrameOne Bench Desks from Steelcase and ergonomic Gesture chairs to ensure the comfort and well-being of all workers.
Informal collaborative areas within the main open plan office with colourful Jig Circular Poofs from Nomique, ideal for quick ‘away for your desk’ meetings with colleagues
Spacious formal meeting rooms, finished with Lano tables from Orangebox, selected for their unique ‘soft vase’ shaped design which enables all participants to clearly see the screens and contribute equally.
