Case Studies /

Constructive Thinking moved to a new space within the Liverpool Science Park and selected Penketh Group to complete a full Fit Out service including flooring, glass partitioning with manifestation to replace an existing partition wall.

The space was designed to support the work needs of their team and ultimately improving productivity levels. A meeting space was also created to be hired as a meeting / training facility with the support of AV – interactive screen.

A plotter and a MFC – multi function copier from Konica Minolta was also installed to help improve paper management, as their objective was to also move towards a paperless office and a modern environment for clients to visit.

Director
Constrictive Thinking

“Today is the first day we have all come to work in the new office and already we have noticed a difference in terms of the way we are working and productivity levels.  A few people have popped their heads round the door and everyone has commented on how great the space looks and feels.  In particular, the Science Park have asked if prospective tenants can look at our space to get a feel for what can be achieved.

Every client that has come in for a meeting has commented on how impressed they are with the office and we continue to increase our productivity levels and efficiency through use of the improved space and the upgrade in office equipment.”
